About us

We write about the latest UK legal/regulatory developments in the world of IT. Our interests range from internet and e-commerce law to procurement and outsourcing, from the exploitation and protection of intellectual property to privacy, data protection, and e-government.

We are members of Mills & Reeve’s Technology & Commerce Team, based in Cambridge, England. Mills & Reeve is one of the UK’s leading law firms, with offices in Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, London, Manchester and Norwich. Please visit our website for more details.

We advise on all aspects of IT and telecoms, from drafting a standard software licence through to advising on a major strategic outsourcing. We act for suppliers ranging from leading technology plcs to niche software vendors with an international outlook, whilst our customer client base includes plcs, government departments and industry regulators.
